Requirements for using Credit Suisse TWINT:

• Client of Credit Suisse (Switzerland) AG residing in Switzerland.

Sending and requesting money:

1. Open Credit Suisse TWINT and select "Send and request" > "Send money" or "Request money."
2. Enter the amount and the recipient's mobile number, then tap the corresponding button.

Paying online:

1. Select TWINT as the payment method in the online shop.
2. A QR code or five-digit numerical code will be displayed for payment.
3. In Credit Suisse TWINT, tap on the QR code icon.
4. Scan or enter the code and confirm the transaction amount to pay.

Paying with a QR code at point of sale terminals:
