With Credit Suisse TWINT, you have the convenience of making secure payments using your smartphone at various points of sale, online shops, parking meters, and associated mobile apps. You can also easily transfer money to friends with just a few clicks.

Digitally store your customer loyalty cards to access personalized offers and vouchers. Outgoing payments are directly processed from your account or credit card, while received payments are credited to your designated account.

Credit Suisse TWINT features:
<ul>
<li>Send money to friends or request funds from them.</li>
<li>Make online payments.</li>
<li>Complete transactions at point of sale terminals or parking meters.</li>
<li>Digitally store customer loyalty cards.</li>
<li>Benefit from digital coupons and loyalty cards.</li>
</ul>

Requirements for using Credit Suisse TWINT:
<ul>
<li>Client of Credit Suisse (Switzerland) AG residing in Switzerland.</li>
<li>Transaction account in Swiss francs.</li>
<li>Valid contract and online banking access details.</li>
<li>Minimum age of 12 years old.</li>
<li>Valid mobile phone number from a Swiss provider.</li>
</ul>

Sending and requesting money:
<ol>
<li>Open Credit Suisse TWINT and select "Send and request" &gt; "Send money" or "Request money."</li>
<li>Enter the amount and the recipient's mobile number, then tap the corresponding button.</li>
</ol>

Paying online:
<ol>
<li>Select TWINT as the payment method in the online shop.</li>
<li>A QR code or five-digit numerical code will be displayed for payment.</li>
<li>In Credit Suisse TWINT, tap on the QR code icon.</li>
<li>Scan or enter the code and confirm the transaction amount to pay.</li>
</ol>

Paying with a QR code at point of sale terminals:
<ol>
<li>In Credit Suisse TWINT, select the QR code icon.</li>
<li>Scan the provided QR code with your phone's camera.</li>
<li>Confirm the displayed amount to complete the transaction.</li>
</ol>

Paying at parking meters:
<ol>
<li>In Credit Suisse TWINT, scan the QR code on the parking meter.</li>
<li>Select your parking duration on your phone and confirm payment.</li>
<li>If needed, you can cancel the paid parking period prematurely and receive a refund directly in Credit Suisse TWINT.</li>
</ol>

Registering with Credit Suisse TWINT is intuitive:
<ul>
<li>Enter your mobile phone number.</li> 
<li>Input the activation code sent via text message to verify your number.</li>
<li>Create a six-digit PIN (TWINT PIN) and enable Fingerprint ID or Face Unlock if supported by your device. </li> 
<li>Login with your Credit Suisse online banking credentials. </li> 
<li>Select the account or credit card you wish to link for transactions. </li> 
<li>Opt-in to receive third-party offers and share your location for notifications on exciting deals and discounts. </li> 
</ul>
